Francesco Masini (1894–1964) was a lawyer and politician from the island of Gozo, Malta.
Masini founded the Gozo Party.
He was a member of the Maltese Parliament from 1947.[1][2] until 1950 (when the Legislative Assembly was dissolved), along with other Gozo members such as Joseph Cefai
Dr. Masini headed a delegation that negotiated with the Bishop of Gozo (Joseph Pace), negotiations that led to the Leone Filarmonic Society donating the statue of St. Mary to the Cathedral of Gozo.[3] Regarding the Leone Band Club, he was also president of the same club between
A street in Victoria, Gozo, as well as a meeting room in the Teatru Aurora (the Leone Band Club's headquarters) are dedicated to him. His daughter, Rose Mary received the "Gieh il-Parrocca tal-Katidral" (Praise of the Gozo Cathedral Award) on behalf of her late father.
